A conversation is counted each time a visitor initiates a chat session with your AI assistant. Each session can include multiple messages back and forth. If a visitor returns after 30 minutes of inactivity, it counts as a new conversation.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
